Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to work with you to resolve it.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through the BookClubCity website and operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be returned in a condition reasonably similar to when it was sent.
  • The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

In these cases, your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply, and we will work with you to arrange a suitable resolution.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us first before sending anything back.

  • Use the message link provided with your invoice or order emails, or
  • Contact us via the Contact page.

Once we’ve received your request, we’ll provide return instructions, including the return address.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via our payment provider (Stripe).
